Ok first tomarrow i am going for security gaurd traing since no one WAS hireing in my field. it is an 8 hour secion 2marrow. ya so i will be the man soon. No this will not affect rotnar. if you dont know what that means then dont worry about it.

i got a job interview i need to segual with a steel compny got an email about it today.

My family is driveing me crazy. they yell at me for every thing even things i am not around for. things i have no contorl over.

1. got yelled at for going on a bike ride 2 times. they say they want me and my brother getting excercize but when i do they yell at me WTF.

2. Got yelled at becouse my mother steped on a peince of broken glass i was out on my bike when someone tossed keys at the lap to brake the glass. and i was still gone when she steped on it. i was yelled at by the person the tossed the keys.

3. yelled at because i cant bundle a whole yard of branches in 1 hour alone and clean my entire room and a secound yard and a kitchen and a chair. if someone can do all this tell me.

4. wanting to rest my body from all the house work before i go to security gaurd trianing.

I cant take this any more

In my frustraion i forgot to update my tips
it has been 11 days since my last one so here are 11 tips

Tip #30 No matter what you see others do fallow the rules
The others have seniority so management will look the other way to them braking some small rules but you being new they will crack down on so until you have been there a few years fallow the rules

Tip #31 Don’t be late
Nothing looks bad on a record in a shop that someone walking in late to work BUT if something happens like car breaks down or misses a bus Call your shop up and tell them they will understand and might say work a little later to make up for it if you call in

Tip #32 Eat breakfast
It is hard to focus on your work when you are thinking how hungry you are

Tip #33 Exercise before work
It is physically demanding in the shop be prepared take a quick jog do jumping jacks do something to warm up your body

Tip # 34 No matter how hard you work someone won’t be happy
There is always someone with a higher standard that the work you have done

Tip #35 Rule change for every shop
Always know the rules

Tip #36 If there are tools by your work station you might need them
People leave tools related to a job near the machine running it

Tip #37 Always have paper
You may need to take notes about a job

Tip #38 if late or sick always call in
If you don’t call it does not only look bad but it can cost you your job

Tip #39 don’t hit your hand with a hammer
It hurts and dead blow hammers can break your fingers

Tip #40 Always Check Your Coolant
If you don’t your machine could end up breaking and bad things like destroying the machine will happen

Tip #41 Make sure your Chipper is on
If it is not your chips will build up and make a big mess that you will have to clean up
